Caregiver Job Responsibilities
Personal Care Assistance – Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Companionship – Provide emotional support and spend quality time with clients.
Meal Preparation – Prepare healthy meals according to clients’ dietary needs.
Medication Reminders – Ensure clients take their medications as prescribed.
Light Housekeeping – Keep the home tidy and safe, including laundry and light cleaning.
Transportation & Errands – Help clients get to appointments, run errands, and enjoy social outings.
What We’re Looking for in Our Ideal Caregiver
Experience Preferred, but Not Required – We train dedicated individuals who are new to caregiving. We are open to all junior and senior level applicants.
CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Reliable Transportation – A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. (Preferred).
Excellent Communication Skills – You’ll be the connection between clients, their families, and our team.
Physical Requirements – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (if needed).
- Must be able to use our caregiver mobile app – for clocking in/out, care notes, schedules, and communication.
