Care Managers: Our Care Managers are your trusted partners and the backbone of our personalized care. Care Managers assess client needs, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate services. They maintain close communication with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure each client’s well-being and satisfaction are the top priority.

 Home Care Aides (HCAs): HCAs offer compassionate non-medical assistance, helping with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care. They are also a vital source of emotional support, engaging clients in conversation and activities to enhance their sense of purpose and connection.

Caregivers: Our caregivers are the pillars of support for our clients. They are there to assist with everything from everyday tasks to emotional companionship, helping clients navigate their routines with ease and comfort. They treat clients like family, creating a warm and caring environment where clients feel truly cared for.

 

Best Companions: Sometimes, all you need is a good friend by your side. Our Best Companions offer exactly that—meaningful companionship for clients who may not need intensive care but still benefit from the comfort of social connection. Hi! I’m Nikki Nunez, the Founder & Administrator of Una HOME CARE, a dedicated home care agency based in Beverly Hills, serving all of Los Angeles County. My upbringing coming from across the Philippines, Costa Rica, and Los Angeles shaped my deep appreciation for diverse cultures and instilled in me the importance of empathy, respect, and community. These values are the cornerstone of the compassionate and personalized care we provide every day.

Entrepreneurship along with health and wellness have always been at the core of who I am. When I’m not running Una HOME CARE, you’ll often find me practicing yoga, cooking nourishing whole food meals, exploring nature, or engaging with my community. These passions influence how I lead Una HOME CARE with a focus on nurturing not just the physical well-being but also the emotional and spiritual health of those we care for.

The inspiration to start Una HOME CARE was driven by more than just professional ambition—it was a personal mission. With my family deeply rooted in the caregiving and healthcare industries and drawing from my own experiences as a caregiver— reinforcing the importance of quality care, I recognized the need for a service that treats every individual with the dignity and compassion they deserve.

I am personally involved in the day-to-day operations of Una HOME CARE. It’s my purpose to ensure that every client receives the level of care and attention I would want for my own loved ones. From overseeing our team to connecting directly with families, I am always here to ensure everything runs smoothly and that your loved ones are receiving the best care possible. Our approach is centered on building trust and creating personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, helping them maintain comfort, independence, and a high quality of life in their own homes.
